  • Student ID — automatically extracted from the last 8 characters of your username.
  • Email Address — provided during registration for account recovery and communication.
  • Password — stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash; we never store or have access to your plain-text password.

1.2. Information Generated Through Use

  • License Key Data — key value, associated subject code, exam date, activation status, and activation timestamp.
  • Order and Payment Data — order references, bank transfer codes, payment amounts, and verification status.
  • Account Activity — registration date, login activity, and purchase history.

1.3. Information Collected Automatically

  • IP Address — recorded when you access the site. Your IP address is never publicly visible.
  • Browser and Device Information — we may collect non-personally identifiable technical information such as browser type, operating system, and device type for analytics and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information in the following ways:

  • To create and manage your registered account on our platform.
  • To verify your identity as a current FPT University student.
  • To issue, activate, and validate license keys tied to your student ID.

  • We do not share your data with FPT University, its faculty, its administration, or any FPT entity.
