Read these terms extremely carefully. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy.

If you break any of these terms, you will be instantly banned without a refund.

If you attempt to bypass ANY of our security protections, you will be permanently banned and blacklisted forever.

1. Agreement and The Service

1.1. Acknowledgement and Binding Agreement

Throughout these Terms of Service, "the Platform", "we", "us", and "our" refer to checkdiemfu.com and its operators. The terms "Service" or "the website" refer to checkdiemfu.com and all content, products, software, and services available at or through it.

By creating an account, purchasing a license key, or continuing to use our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your failure to read or understand these Terms does not absolve you of your obligations herein.

1.2. The Service Provided

checkdiemfu.com is an independent platform created to serve the FPT University student community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FPT University, FPT Education, or any FPT entity. The platform provides digital tools and services including but not limited to:

• Smart EOS — An AI-powered offline exam assistance tool.
• Check Diem — Grade checking service (subject to availability).
• Hoc Source — Study materials and resources (subject to availability).

All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all systems, or error-free operation. Service features and availability are subject to change without notice.

1.3. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at checkdiemfu.com/terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Obligations

2.1. Eligibility

• This platform is intended exclusively for students currently enrolled at FPT University.
• Faculty members, university staff, alumni who are no longer enrolled, and individuals not affiliated with the FPT University student body are not permitted to use this platform.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
• You must provide accurate registration details that correspond to your real student identity.

2.2. Account Registration and Identity Verification

• You must register using your real EOS login username. The system will automatically extract your student ID from this username.
• Your student ID must follow a valid format: a recognized campus code, department code, batch number, and student number.
• You must provide a real, accessible email address that you check regularly. This email will be used for account recovery and important notifications. We are not liable for missed communications due to your use of a fake, temporary, or unmonitored email address.
• One account per student. Creating multiple accounts is forbidden and will result in termination of all associated accounts.

2.3. Identity Accuracy and Fake Account Policy

We take identity integrity extremely seriously. Administrators reserve the right to verify account information against student records at any time.

• If your account is found to be registered under a false identity, using another student's credentials, or containing data that does not match the actual student on record, your account will be permanently deleted without prior notice.
• All license keys, purchases, and associated data tied to a terminated account will be permanently revoked without refund.
• Impersonating another student is a serious violation that may result in permanent blacklisting from the platform.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all registration information is truthful and accurate.

2.4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must use a strong password meeting our minimum requirements. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately.

Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly forbidden and constitutes fraud. Any account found to be shared between multiple individuals will be immediately terminated without refund.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1. Technical Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly forbidden and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, modify, or tamper with any software, tool, or service provided by checkdiemfu.com, including but not limited to the Smart EOS application, its installer, license verification system, or any related components.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security mechanism, license validation, activation system, or technical protection measure.
• Scraping, crawling, data-mining, or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the website or its services.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the platform or any related system or network.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure, servers, or services in any way, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks.

3.2. Content and Distribution Prohibitions

• Redistributing, reselling, sharing, uploading, or publicly posting any software, license keys, activation methods, or proprietary content obtained from this platform.
• Creating derivative works, tutorials, guides, or tools based on our software or services without explicit written authorization.
• Sharing download links, setup files, or any installation materials with individuals who have not purchased their own license.

3.3. License Key Prohibitions

• Sharing, selling, trading, or transferring license keys to any other person.
• Attempting to use a license key that was not purchased by you and assigned to your student ID.
• Attempting to use a license key for a subject or exam date other than what it was issued for.
• Generating, forging, or manipulating license keys or activation tokens.

3.4. General Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform administrators or other users through any channel.
• Defaming or making false statements about the platform, its operators, or its services.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Using the platform or its services to facilitate any form of fraud or deception.

4. License Keys and Digital Products

4.1. Nature of License Keys

A license key is a digital product that grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use a specific service (such as Smart EOS) for a specific subject and exam date. A license key is not a physical product, a subscription, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

4.2. License Key Restrictions

• Each license key is bound to a specific student ID, subject code, and exam date.
• Keys are non-transferable. A key can only be used by the student whose ID it is bound to.
• Keys are valid only for the designated exam date and subject. They cannot be reused, extended, or applied to other subjects or dates.
• The platform reserves the right to revoke any license key at any time if a violation of these Terms is detected.

4.3. Software and Installation

The Smart EOS software and installer are provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware configurations, operating systems, or network environments. The software requires a minimum system specification as stated on the platform. The user is solely responsible for ensuring their system meets these requirements before purchasing a license key.

By installing our software, you acknowledge that it interacts with third-party applications and local AI models. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, system configurations, antivirus interference, or insufficient hardware resources.

5. Financial Terms and Policies

5.1. Payment

• All payments are processed through bank transfer via VietQR.
• Orders are fulfilled after manual payment verification by our administrators.
• Prices are set by the platform and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

5.2. Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Once a license key has been generated and delivered to your account, the digital product has been fully delivered. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to use the key before its expiration date.
• Software incompatibility with your system.
• Dissatisfaction with results or performance.
• Account termination due to violation of these Terms.
• Changes in exam schedule by your university.

Exception: In the event of a verified technical issue directly attributable to our platform (e.g., a key that was never delivered, a payment processed but not fulfilled), we will provide a replacement key or equivalent resolution at our discretion.

5.3. Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to initiate fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or false claims regarding payment will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated license keys. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies against individuals who engage in payment fraud.

6. Enforcement and Termination

6.1. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to all services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason we determine to be a violation of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to: fraudulent activity, fake accounts, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, license key abuse, or any behavior that threatens the integrity of the platform.

6.2. Consequences of Termination

• Upon termination, all license keys associated with your account will be immediately and permanently revoked.
• You will lose access to all purchased products and services.
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining or unused license keys.
• You must immediately cease using any software or tools obtained from the platform.

6.3. Permanent Bans

Bans imposed for serious violations (fraud, impersonation, reverse engineering, redistribution) are permanent and non-negotiable. These bans are tied to the individual, not the account. Any attempt to create new accounts, use alternative identities, or otherwise circumvent a ban is a further violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of the new account.

6.4. Sole Discretion

All enforcement decisions, including warnings, suspensions, and terminations, are made at the sole and absolute discretion of the platform administrators. We are under no obligation to provide evidence, detailed explanations, or justification for enforcement actions. Enforcement decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, content, design, graphics, and materials provided through the platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Your purchase of a license key grants you a limited right to use the associated software. It does not grant you ownership of or any intellectual property rights to the software itself.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any software, tool, or content provided by the platform.
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

8. Intended Use and Responsibility Disclaimer

All services provided by checkdiemfu.com are designed solely for educational and learning support purposes. Our tools are intended to assist students in studying, practicing, and better understanding course materials.

• Our services are not designed, intended, or marketed for the purpose of cheating, academic fraud, examination dishonesty, or any form of deception.
• Users are solely and entirely responsible for how they choose to use the services. checkdiemfu.com does not endorse, encourage, or condone any misuse of its tools for unethical or dishonest purposes.
• By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you will use the services in a manner consistent with your institution's academic integrity policies.
• The platform, its operators, and contributors assume absolutely no responsibility for the intentions, decisions, actions, or consequences of individual users. Any user who chooses to misuse the services does so entirely at their own risk and bears full personal, legal, and academic responsibility.
• We will not be held liable for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or other consequences that may result from a user's decision to use our services in any manner.

9. Legal Provisions

9.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all associated software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9.2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall checkdiemfu.com, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for: loss of data, academic outcomes, financial losses, service interruptions, software malfunction, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless checkdiemfu.com, its operators, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

9.4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.5. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and checkdiemfu.com concerning your use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written.

9.6. No Waiver

The failure of checkdiemfu.com to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a license key, installing any software, or using any service provided by checkdiemfu.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register, do not purchase, and do not use the Service.
